He did a very thorough inspection of our attic, roof and siding. Neil found a hole and teeth markes from most likely a squirrel and had it patched up with wire mesh put the siding back on and was done. I would not hesitate to call back again and recommend to anyone having problems with Critters. And the most important thing to us was the Humane aspect of it all.
